Slipped again

Despite my best attempts at keeping my blog up to date - I've failed miserably. Over a month since my last post, and I've been doing quite a lot. Two rugby matches - England v New Zealand and Wales v Pacific Islanders. Some Champions League and UEFA Cup football, and The Race on Sky One at Silverstone. What a joke that was, completely disorganised, and far too many chiefs. On the positive side, though, the equipment that was considered faulty at the final Superbike meeting - see below for details - behaved impeccably when cabled to the BBC trucks for the Wales v Pacific Islanders rugby match. This was without it being inspected/tested/opened up by us opr anyone else since its return from the Superbikes. So fuck you Superbike production company - I bloody well told you!
On Friday I went to Wembley Arena to see the Scissor Sisters in concert. They, along with Lily Allen who was the support act, were fantastic. They enjoyed themselves, and Jake put all he had into the show running around the stage with seemingly boundless enthusiasm. Tomorrow night I'm off to see Nerina Pallot at the Shepherds Bush Empire, who I'm looking forward to immensely.
