Summer XS
Back in June (I said it's been a long time), I went to Summer XS at the Madjeski Stadium in Reading. Three things stand out a couple of months later.
1. Rachel Stevens mimed and was shit.
2. Mel C sang live and gave everything and really impressed me.
3. Bananarama and Chesney Hawkes !

Been a Long Time . . .
Since my last blog, and I thought I'd bore everyone with some happenings. Had two fantastic weeks holiday in France with Carisma at Les Sables D'Olonne. Kids had fun making loads of friends. Ate fantastic seafood and got nicely brown.
One restaurant I would not recommend, though is this one.
where we had the most objectionable waiter I've ever come across. I'd done the decent thing and ordered everything in French, and he just didn't like us. Everything was too much trouble - he tried to take our dessert order while the girls were using the toilet, and then tutted when I asked for some more drinks for them! Thankfully that was the only bad apple we came across.

All in all we had a fantastic holiday and are looking to go back for three weeks next year !
